“I am Deepanshu Bhatore, and currently I ma working as a Graduate Consultant."

2. What led you to choose this career path?

"My journey into the world of technology and problem-solving was fuelled by a unique combination of childhood interests and an unwavering curiosity. I found my calling in the tech industry, and it all began with a fascination for science-fiction movies that ignited my imagination.

From a young age, I was drawn to the captivating depictions of futuristic technology and the limitless possibilities it held. Joining BPD Zenith as a fresher, I found my passion in solving complex, unconventional client problems. The greater the challenge, the more energized I became. I enjoyed delivering efficient solutions and excelled at providing valuable consulting services.

My career is driven by a deep-rooted passion for technology and an insatiable curiosity about its inner workings. It's not just a job; it's a lifelong commitment to helping businesses harness technology's full potential. My journey has not only contributed to my personal growth but also empowered businesses to maximize the value of their technological investments."

3. Which part of your job do you most enjoy?

“The most enjoyable aspect of my job is the multifaceted nature of the work, which encompasses several elements. I find immense satisfaction in the constant learning opportunities that the tech industry provides. The ever-evolving landscape keeps me engaged and eager to stay at the forefront of innovation.

Equally delightful is the friendly and healthy discourse I share with my team. Communicating with clients is another rewarding facet of my role. The ability to understand their unique challenges and provide effective solutions is both fulfilling and professionally enriching. But perhaps, the best part is the accessibility of my colleagues for guidance and mentorship. Being able to reach out to anyone in the team for assistance and guidance makes my job not only more enjoyable but also significantly enhances my learning and understanding. “What I appreciate most about working at BPD Zenith is the all-encompassing positive experience. It's not just one aspect but everything that makes it exceptional. 5. What’s a work-related accomplishment you’re really proud of?

“One of my most significant work-related accomplishments was my dedicated involvement in Maximo training and support over the past few months. With a focus on gaining comprehensive insights into IBM Maximo, I immersed myself in learning its core functionalities. BPD Zenith's unwavering support and ample time provided the ideal environment for my growth in this area. As I look ahead, I'm eager to apply this newfound expertise to key projects and enhancements for our valued clients. My goal is to enhance business processes, bringing efficiency to our operations at BPD Zenith, and I'm particularly proud of my journey in achieving this milestone."

6. What are the values that drive you?

“The values that drive me can be distilled into a powerful trio: curiosity, accountability, and an insatiable hunger for learning. Curiosity fuels my desire to explore the unknown, to question, and to seek innovative solutions. Accountability teaches me the importance of taking responsibility for my actions, decisions, and their consequences. The pandemic underscored the value of gratitude for what we have, driving home the lesson that we should make the most of every opportunity. It has instilled in me an unyielding thirst for learning, as I believe that continuous growth and adaptation are the keys to personal and professional development. These values propel me forward, shaping my path with purpose."

7. What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

“Outside of the professional realm, I find joy in a diverse range of hobbies and interests. Photography is a passion that allows me to freeze moments in time and express my creativity. Gaming is another significant part of my life; I enjoy the best of both worlds, indulging in PC and console gaming. Titles like IGI, COD, God of War, and Gran Turismo captivate me with their immersive experiences.

Recently, I've delved into the captivating world of ancient Indian architecture, drawn by the mystery and beauty of these historic structures. Exploring and studying their intricate designs and cultural significance has become a fascinating pursuit.

I'm also a dedicated movie enthusiast, with a particular love for genres like sci-fi, mystery, thriller, and horror. These films provide a means of escape and intellectual stimulation. Moreover, I'm a passionate LEGO enthusiast, creating intricate and imaginative designs, reflecting my love for precision and creativity. My interests span from the creative to the historical, allowing me to continually explore and enjoy life's multifaceted experiences beyond the confines of my professional life."

8. If you were not a Graduate Consultant, what alternative career path would you have chosen and why?

“If not a Graduate Consultant, I would likely pursue a career as a photographer to capture the world's beauty through my lens. Alternatively, diving into the world of professional video gaming would allow me to turn my passion for gaming into a profession, competing and entertaining in the gaming community. Both paths offer unique opportunities for creativity and self-expression.”

9. What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

“My favourite way to unwind after a busy day is to kick back and relax by watching a thrilling game of cricket or indulging in a captivating movie. It's the perfect way to de-stress and unwind..”

“On the weekends, you're most likely to find me enjoying quality time. Whether it's dining out at a favourite restaurant, savouring a delicious meal, or catching the latest blockbuster at the theatre, I relish these moments to unwind and make the most of my leisure time!"
