BPD Zenith is proud and happy to announce that we have four IBM Watson IoT Champions for 2020.
This is the second year running that BPD has had four IBM Champions worldwide. In 2019 and 2020, the following employees were recognized as IBM Champions: Helen Fisher in the UK, Graeme Sharp and Mark Michael in Australia, and Stephen Hume in Canada. Helen is responsible for the Oil & Gas Maximo User Group in Aberdeen; Graeme founded the ASEAN Maximo User Group; Mark chairs several regional Maximo User Groups across Australia; and Stephen founded MaxTECH, the first technical user group for Maximo professionals.
These individuals join a group of 604 IBM Champions (selected from 1,400 candidates) who promote IBM solutions, share their knowledge, and help grow the community of Maximo professionals. IBM Champions spend a considerable amount of their own time, energy, and resources on community efforts—organizing and leading user group events, answering questions in forums, contributing articles and applications, sharing instructional videos, and more. These contributions go beyond the scope of their job.
IBM Champion program
IBM Champions demonstrate both expertise in and extraordinary support and advocacy for IBM technology, communities, and solutions. The program supports advocates and experts across IBM in areas that include Blockchain, Cloud, Collaboration, Data & Analytics, Security, Storage, Power, Watson IoT, and IBM Z.
The IBM Champion program recognizes these innovative thought leaders in the technical community and rewards these contributions by amplifying their voice and increasing their sphere of influence. IBM Champions are enthusiasts and advocates: IT professionals, business leaders, developers, executives, educators, and influencers who support and mentor others to help them get the most out of IBM software, solutions, and services.
A huge congratulations to our IBM Champions for all their contributions to IBM Maximo and Watson IoT.
