In celebration of International Women’s Day, we asked the women in our team to share about their experiences in the IT/asset management space as well as offer advice to women aspiring to join these industries…
1. What would your advice be to women who are just starting out in the IT/asset management industry?

2. Which woman inspires you the most and why?
“J. K. Rowling. The Harry Porter series accompanied and inspired me during my teenage years, and it is still very popular among the readers after 20 years since its release date. Rowling’s passion and not-giving- up spirit inspires me.”
3. What can be done to encourage and increase the number of female employees in IT and asset management?
“I think women need to be genuinely interested and passionate towards IT and asset management if they want to work in this field.”
4. What is your favourite thing about being a woman?
“I like that women have more choice. There are a variety of options available to us in all aspects of life.”
5. What is the most important message you want to send out to young women thinking about their careers?
“We can do pretty much everything that men do. Follow your heart – young women can do anything as long as they’re interested and have the willingness to do well.”
