As the global pandemic unfolds, we would like to keep you informed of the changes we are making to our business to keep our staff and clients safe and serviced.
BPD’s Commitment
At BPD Zenith this week, all global head offices closed their doors as per official guidance and rules for the foreseeable future. The BPD teams are all now working remotely from home offices. We have been planning for this scenario for some weeks and many of us are used to flexible working arrangements already. It is important during these times that we remain positive and motivated – we are finding that regular and open communication is key.
We are set up for video conferencing, digital events, email and phone calls. We are finding this is in line with client requirements, however if there is another way we can meet your needs, please let us know.
Our priority remains to keep our team and the public safe whilst supporting our Maximo and MaxiCloud community and continuing to deliver the support and service you have always experienced.
We are continuing to monitor the situation daily and will provide further updates as and when required. Things are moving quickly and we are regularly reviewing the situation as per Government advice.
