This has certainly been a year like no other. For many of us COVID19 has been a time of significant loss, some will endure the mourning of loved ones, some will have experienced separation from those we care about and there have been endless opportunities lost to physically connect at various events. However we will also celebrate, there have been new births and there have been major achievements despite the constraints. There have also been many individual and collective successes in adapting very quickly to a new normal.
At BPD we look to the future with optimism and we have taken advantage of the silver lining given to us this year – time. This precious commodity has enabled BPD the chance to find new ways to be productive and we have learned much about our ourselves and our own values. This year tested our compassion, our self discipline, our integrity and our courage. Our commitment and focus never wavered and we found a new way to operate. As an example when we thought we had to be present at a clients site to conduct a workshop we found a way to do this remotely with the majority of our projects still delivered on-time and on-budget.
We saw the wider adoption of cloud and managed services as more organizations looked for better remote access to systems, flexibility, more security and savings. Today, we can proudly state over 45 clients have come aboard BPD’s the Maxicloud platform. Furthermore we built a dedicated team to manage the infrastructure and release a new product called Love your Assets. Giving clients the ability to futureproof their asset management.
It has been a privilege in 2020 as Managing Director to support our core values that we live by here at BPD Zenith and see alignment of these values strengthen.
Just like growth rings in a tree, 2020 has a story and in many years to come and we hope you to can reflect on the positives over a period that for some has been very difficult.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for our employee’s and customers commitment to BPD throughout 2020 and wish you a very happy festive season and that you get a break and get some quality time with friends and family,
Regards
