1. What is your position at BPD Zenith?

“I am Vice President Business Solutions – Americas.” 

2. What led you to choose this career path? What alternative career path would you have chosen and why?

“I have always enjoyed working with people and businesses to solve difficult problems. Before I headed down this path, I started down a path looking at becoming a lawyer, but life circumstances didn’t allow for that at the time.”

3. Which part of your job do you most enjoy?

“The best part of my job would be the ability to meet new people across North America and collaborate together to solve problems that positively impact their business operations and further the brand of BPD Zenith.”

4. What do you like about working at BPD Zenith?

“While I am only a couple of months in, during one of the strangest times in history, I would say that what I like most is the collaborative team focused mindset.  I have known of BPD for years while I worked in another organization, but your reputation for excellence and client satisfaction, is the most appealing trait of our organization which is what drew me here and happy to be a part of this team!”

5. What are the values that drive you?

“Integrity in all things we do.  I enjoy making money, of course, but not at the expense of reputation. The ability to look into the face of the people I work with and them to be able to say you did what you said, I trust you and would happily say that to anyone else as it shifts from a client / partner relationship to that of friends helping other is the greatest satisfaction of what we do.”

6. What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

“Spending time with my family which includes my 13 year old daughter, 11 year old son and my fiancé and her 5 year old girl doing whatever we can outdoors which includes walking our 7 month old Siberian Husky, riding, soccer, basketball and anything in the mountains!”

7. What’s a work-related accomplishment you’re really proud of?

“One of the most rewarding things I get to do is work with organizations to solve complex business problems and the thing I am most proud of is the fact that in over 20 years of doing this, I do not have a single project that I have sold that is not available as a reference to me ad many of those projects and the leaders I have worked with to complete them have turned into long-term friendships.”

8. What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

“My favourite way to unwind after work is to cook.  I will get home, put on some music, my daughter will make me some sort of beverage (usually a Martini 😊) and I will create some sort of flavour combination dinner for the family to sit and enjoy together.”

9. What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

“Balancing between what seems to be an endless stream of “honey do” tasks, and children activities from Youth Singers, basketball, soccer, gymnastics and dog walking – while doing my best to find some time to continue to write and enjoy the spots of time in life as best I can.”
