IBM has withdrawn support of Maximo® Version 4 as of the 30th September 2008. BPD Zenith however continues to offer support to its clients for Maximo® Versions 4, 5, 6 and now 7. As a Maximo® Level 1 support provider we can offer a service that is tailor-made to suit you business needs.
Our off-site support can be provided on either an ad-hoc or fixed price basis with many clients opting for the latter and enjoying some of the benefits listed below:
